We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted leather bag, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all non-personalized items in their original condition. Please note that bespoke or embossed products are unique to you and cannot be returned unless found to be faulty.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Item

Carefully place the product in its original dust bag and protective shipping box to ensure it arrives back at our workshop in perfect condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
